Drugged Driving Legislation with Rep. Vega & Rep. Boldyga

The Massachusetts Drugged Driving Commission recently released its final report. The report includes several suggestions for improving safety on the roads now that marijuana is legal for adults 21 and older. The committee’s suggestions could be used to craft laws related to drugged driving penalties. State Rep. Aaron Vega, a Democrat, and State Rep. Nick Boldyga, a Republican, joined Carrie Saldo to shed light on the possibility of drugged driving legislation making its way to Beacon Hill soon.
