Agawam Used Toy Drive Helps Families in Need

In the season of seemingly endless toy drives, the Agawam Zero Waste Club hosted one of their own with a bit of a twist. In keeping with their mission of reducing, reusing and recycling, the club ran a used toy drive, collecting slightly used toys. With help from Agawam’s SAVE club and the Agawam High National Honors Society, a wing of the Agawam Public Library was transformed into a toy store for needy families earlier this month. Connecting Point’s Brian Sullivan brings us this story.
