Gender Dysphoria in Children with Dr. Chelsea Gordner

A 2017 report from the Williams Institute found that one in every 137 teenagers would identify as transgender if they were asked. Recognizing that self-identification can start with what is known in the medical community as gender dysphoria. Carrie Saldo spoke with Dr. Chelsea Gordner of Baystate Medical Center about how parents can be open and supportive of children with gender dysphoria.
