Lawsuit Seeks to Stop Tennessee Gas Pipeline Project

Two environmental groups have brought a lawsuit to stop a proposed gas pipeline project in western Mass. The say the lawsuit, recently field in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, could make or break this country’s goals to reduce international carbon emissions.

This proposal would install two miles of gas pipeline and a compressor near Springfield. FERC declined to comment to Connecting Point.
