Greenfield Safe City Ordinance with Councilor Karen Renaud

The Greenfield Safe City Ordinance, which welcomes all people to the city regardless of immigration status, was passed by the City Council in August. But the proposed law has been controversial. There is currently a petition underway to rescind it, and Mayor William Martin vetoed the ordinance earlier this week. Carolee McGrath sat down with the City Council President Karen “Rudy” Renaud to get the latest on the issue and the controversy surrounding the Greenfield Safe City Ordinance.
